Privacy policy

LetsFix does not require you to sign up. We may process basic technical information needed to run the site, such as your browser type, device type and approximate usage information.

Figures you enter (such as prices, volumes, costs, cash and invoices), and optional details like a business name and location, are used to produce the calculations you ask for. Currently this information is saved in your browser's storage so it is there when you return. You can clear it at any time using "Clear my data".

Please avoid entering personal information or confidential information that you do not have permission to use.

Some optional features, such as asking Max to explain a scenario, send the figures needed for that request to an AI technology provider to generate a response. Only the information necessary to provide that feature should be used. AI outputs can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated usage statistics (for example, page views) to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

We use browser storage that is essential for the tools to work, such as remembering your figures and settings. See our Cookies page for details.

We rely on providers for hosting, infrastructure and AI processing. They process information on our behalf only to deliver the service. LetsFix does not sell your business data.

Data saved in your browser stays until you clear it. Information sent to support an AI request is processed to return a response and is not used by LetsFix for any other purpose.

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
